The manufacturer undertakes to eliminate any malfunctions caused by the fault of the manufacturer free of charge during the entire warranty period. The company has established the following standard warranty periods for its products:
- ● industrial equipment - 24 (twenty four) months from the date of purchase. The group of industrial equipment includes: chillers, fan coil units, air handling units, hydro modules, heat pumps;
- ● outdoor units, indoor units, VRF system controllers, condensing units - 34 (thirty four) months from the date of equipment start-up, but not more than 36 (thirty six) months from the date of purchase;
- ● semi-industrial air conditioners of cassette, duct, column, floor-ceiling, console types - 34 (thirty-four) months from the date of equipment start-up, but not more than 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of purchase.
The warranty period, dates of sale and installation of TICA climate equipment are indicated in the warranty card. It is certified by the seal of the seller organization and the signature of its authorized person, as well as the signature and seal of the installer organization.
Installation and start-up of TICA HVAC equipment must only be carried out by an authorized service center or an authorized organization. The specialists of this center (organization) must have the appropriate qualifications and have permission to work with climate technology. If the above requirements are not met, the user of the product may lose the right to free warranty repairs.
